REVENGE FINALE REVIEW

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT
ABC has decided to take Revenge on for a third season with Mike Kelley, the creator of Revenge, leaving the show. Executive producer Sunil Nayar will be taking over. The second season introduced a lot of new characters and most of them we said goodbye to throughout the season including, Emily’s mother, foster brother, the Ryan brothers, and Victoria’s men.  Revenge also cleared out Connor Paolo who was the character Declan Porter in the finale when he died as collateral damage from the schemes of the Initiative.
This finale has had me clench my teeth and shiver with anticipation as I watched two hours glued to my screen. In a snapshot Emily Thorne (a.k.a Amanda Clarke) finally reveals herself to Jack Porter as he holds up a gun ready to shoot the newly elected governor Conrad Grayson. It was a long time coming that Jack Porter be let in on her little secret. In a conversation with Victoria and Conrad the Initiative was wrapped up  when Conrad admitted that he grabbed hold of a seat on the board of the Initiative. In the conversation Conrad described them as being a group of business men profiting off of catastrophic events. I was hoping for something a little more superior than a group of business men for the Initiative with all they've done.
We can only guess what happens next season on Revenge, but let’s hope Barry Sloane will continue on the show! Aiden quickly became one of the most influential characters of Revenge because we had someone so adequately matched for Emily! It has been a tug-a-war for Emily’s heart between Aiden and Jack and I hope Aiden will keep playing in season three.
